Velociti 7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At Velociti, we aim for your complete satisfaction with our men's sneakers. If you encounter any issues with your order, please refer to the following return and exchange guidelines:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the delivery date.
- We accept returns or exchanges only for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Items must be in unused condition with all original packaging and tags.

Size Exchanges:
If you require a size exchange, there will be a 200 fee, which includes the shipping cost.

Product Satisfaction Exchanges:
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request an exchange for a different product. However, the shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at support@Velociti-lifestyle.com within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange authorization.
2. Return Shipping: We will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. For exchanges due to dissatisfaction, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.
3. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange or refund within 7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:
- We do not accept returns for reasons other than defects, damage, or dissatisfaction requiring an exchange.
- Final sale items, gift cards, or custom products are not eligible for return or exchange.
